I've never seen and Actilizzard (Activaision+Blizzard) games for digital download outside of the Blizzard Store. They seem to want to keep middlemen out of their profits. I wouldn't get your hopes up. I've never need Warcraft 2 digital. Fortunately it's DOS, so getting it to run in DOSbox shouldn't be too much trouble.
