GG keeps getting worse. It hasn't even been a month since our 20% bonuses were added, and yet we're already seeing exclusions to the "everything" they promised it would work on. I imagine the GG offices are run by blindfolded monkeys, and their public relations manager is a coprophilic chimp.

That really sucks. They are also pretty bad about hiding behind their CS and still claiming it is backed up. I would suggest to post on their facebook page asking about the issue or maybe twitter. They either owe you a refund or keys.
