I have never sold anything, but I've bought a fair amount of things recently. As a buyer, I usually skip the posts that don't list prices. I find enough things to buy from sellers who do list reasonable prices. By reasonable, I mean I know what has or hasn't been in cheap bundles, and I know what the Steam sale pricing on most items is.

Anything I can't find a posting for that I'm actively looking for, I include in a post with what I'm willing to pay. Between posting my want list and going through sellers who post prices, I've managed to get my hands on a ton of stuff I want.

Sometimes I make counter-offers even when people have listed prices. I try to keep the offers reasonable. Most sellers on this forum are fantastic about shaving a few cents off multiple purchases. I've had people respond to my want list with prices higher than my listed prices, too. Sometimes I go for it, sometimes I don't.
