That doesn't even make sense, really. It's never been PS3+ -- it's platform independent as evidenced even by how they worked in Vita.
I don't know what 'everything so far' means, but everything I've actually read, plus common sense, says Sony will keep PS+ (possibly renamed) through the PS4.
