Oh and I just realized that Okami is $40 NEW so with the Toys R Us sale if I'm able to order it, I may very well be able to get 3 Okami's for $80 + Tax meaning that'd be like $31 or $32 shipped to Canada. That's not a bad price at all, though not sure if it's as low as you're looking for. Something to think about anyway.
