Yeah, that was a point I made earlier. Neither the N64 or GC offered nearly enough core games to satisfy a "hardcore" gamer, so people were silly to expect anything different this time.
For "hardcore" gamers the Wii really won't work as a sole console. But it's a nice complement to the PS3/360 if you like the types of games on the Wii as it offers something much different than those two consoles.
