Not really IMO. There is nothing glitchy about failing to use a pristine master. If it had other problems like framing errors, sound errors, etc, that would be one thing, but it was really just a master that need to be cleaned up a little.
There are plenty of Blu-rays that have masters in poor shape (Gangs of New York comes to mind), but this thread is more about Blu-ray oddities/errors that could be easily corrected by the studio without a costly restoration. Meaning that the studio can easily fix these glitches if they spend a few bucks to reencode and/or reauthor the title, none of these problems would be a costly endeavor to fix.
