so then im guessing you need cover art to avoid the 4 dollar charge?

its really probably just whatever they decide...cus as some have said, they hit people with random charges. I have had a random charge one day when i did a big trade in and all my games were in original cases with coverart and booklets, and all discs in mostly good condition, none were any where near unplayable, and all looked better than most games I've gotten there. but after getting into the car and looking at the receipt I noticed a rogue 4 dollar resurfacing charge or w.e, I said whatever and left lol.

but, also, a few months ago, i traded in some completely horrid looking original gamecube and xbox games from hollywood video, missing booklets and looked like the cases looked like they had been run over by cars, and discs were scuffed and scratched and lost possibly cleaned with sandpaper or something, and not one charge of 4 dollars, I shrugged and said "thats cool" to myself and left.

im guessing their policy is just whatever they decide...idk
