Auction Rules READ THEM:
1) Minimum bid $1. Increments of 50¢.
2) Shipping $4 for anything under 13 ounces via First Class. Odd sizes, larger items, and International, read FAQ. All items include delivery confirmation.
3) Payment must be non-CC Paypal or money order.
4) Rolling ending time is in effect, read FAQ.
5) Condition refers to the disc, other information is in the spoilers. All discs are working condition. Most cases do have shelf wear.
I'd like to ask the mods to create a thread icon for dv8. Everyone who agrees just add "Petition approved" to your bid/ reply and I'll add your name.
Reading everything else is optional but to your benefit.

What does BA mean?
“ing Badass”.
I believe that the seller has a duty to the buyer to be awesome in as many ways as possible and this style is built around that, including making an sensually clean post. This is also all an experiment for all future CAGs. If you like it, try it. To use the BA name, you MUST meet all of dv8’s rules AND rules one through five of BA style. Feel free to come up with your own but always credit dv8 and don’t say it's BA when it is not  .
The Story.
I'm fairly new to CAG so I haven't met most of you. I plan on taking this opportunity to have some Bro time with everyone.
The starting time is actually pretty funny, I was going to do it on 3/29 but figured everyone would like a quadruple chain combo on Friday. I pitty the fool who misses out on 4 lowball auctions. It's going to be fun. And now it's five.
Other than that, my reasons are scattered, it's partially about the money, partially about the trend, partially about the ever shrinking space in my room, and partially about writing. I like to write and try to keep a daily blog here and selling has it's own style of writing so I wanted to play with. I also wanted to fix some of the problems with the dv8 style auctions I've seen and maybe experiment to create a "more standardized" or rather, consistent type of sale. I'm not a communist (unless the dictator was Yuki, I'd support that) however I do want to find a better way of everyone getting good deals. So experiment, alter, question, explore, and maybe one day you'll find the video game hidden in Microsoft Excel!

Rolling ending time?
This is just pasta from goomba478’s thread. Skip if you know what a rolling ending time is. Names have been altered to protect the innocent.
Okay the sale ends on 3/27/09 (Friday). I will be doing is having a ROLLING ENDING TIME. This means that officially the sale ends at 8pm CST, but if any bids come in around that time they will be accepted. Then for each item that gets a bid around this time I will allow 10 minutes for that item to be rebid. To give you an example here you go:
dv8maid bids on Valkyria Chronicles PS3 at 7:59 PM for $4.00
goomba748 bids on Valkyria Chronicles PS3 at 8:01 PM for $6.00
at this point the item has 10 more minutes (going by the CAG time stamp) to get another bid in. This is more than enough time so I don't want to hear that "I was typing my bid and it didn't get in on time. If it doesn't make it within 10 minutes of the last bid it is disqualified. I will continue with my example:
gr9asianman bids on Valkyria Chronicles PS3 at 8:11 PM for $8.00
[again ten minutes are available for more bidding now since a new bid has come in]
Yunkie bids on Valkyria Chronicles PS3 at 12:22 AM for $60.00
Yunkie's bid does NOT count and is disqualified because it was more than 10 minutes since gr9asianman's bid. gr9asianman wins the auction.
All bids above that are GREEN are Valid and all bids that are RED are disqualified.
This is a pretty standard thing now so you’ll want to include it in any kind of dv8 style auction but if you really want to stay true to BA style, alter the names for the people of CAG who you think are important. Inside jokes work too (Yunkie, lol.)
Email alerts?
You will be emailed on the final 24, 12, 3, 1 hour(s) and final 10, 5 minutes of the auction. DO NOT pm me your email, state it in the thread with the standard email[at]whatevermail[dot]com. I will add it to a list to be notified. You may request to be added to this list at any time. All notifications will be sent to everyone signed up since deleting one email takes less time than me picking and choosing. If doing a BA style dv8 lowball auction you must offer at least one alert but you can choose the time(s).

Here are my shipping rates:
0-13 ounces (single game/ DVD/ manga) $4 via First Class
13+ ounces must be quoted but a good estimate, $5-7 media mail, $7-9 Parcel Post ($11 shipping gets you a priority flat rate with DC and anything that fits inside the box)
International will be EXTREMELY HIGH. I only ship to Canada and dv8 (he is a country now, deal with it). I have to stand in line to get all the papers so it will be at least $12.

Lucky time was a huge failure. Apparently people don't read and hence, even with seller effort it fails. Hard.
If you're reading this the easy formula. Take the bid posted and take 10% off. The number you come up with is what you'll have to pay me. Look familiar? Yeah, that's the bid you placed. The larger number is to show others what they have to beat in order to overtake your bid.
Lucky time 5% is hereby null and void. It's too much of a hassle. Just bid what it's worth to you.
Link to other auctions?
To support the trend I feel that having a list of every auction is suitable. This can change, obviously a list of 20 auctions is not fun, but for now I think it's a good idea.

This is not a thin pack, they are not compressed into one Blu ray. This is three blu rays in three cases in one sealed box. It is the official Region 1 (US) release and comes in Japanese 5.1 with English subtitles (no dubs, you would not want them anyway). I erased the price tag via Photoshop but this thing is expensive. THIS SHOW IS INTENSE. I have to say that again because once does not cut it INTENSE. GAINAX before Evangelion? Gunbuster. 'nuff said. I'll leave my fate to you CAG. The light gun could not be tested due to the LCD screen but since everything else works fine, I see no reason why it would not work. Only one controller was tested.
Disclaimer:
Although I tested it working please note it is a 24 year old game console and has been in storage for a very long time. There were chemical reactions with the insulation plastic with the cords touching the Styrofoam. Here's an enhanced picture to show what I mean.
This should be readily visible with the pictures I took but just in case, look again. The plastic literally cut into the foam and there are some sticky chemicals I have not cleaned off for fear of causing any kind of damage. It is cosmetic but the buyer should address it ASAP. Also it is important to note that there is some kind of adhesive on the bottom of the "A/V" cable adapter. I have not removed that either but did attach a note card to prevent it from sticking to anything else.
Also note this is a Sega America refurbished system (as seen in the pictures). I have not in any way opened the console to make repairs, Sega has done all of that.
It will be sold as-is, shipped inside another box, additional padding will go inside and outside the console. What you see is what you get. I don't know what more I can write to show you the condition so just ask questions.
This is probably the best condition Master System CAG will see in a while so be nice. This item will not count toward Lucky Time.
