If you have more then 2 copies of the same game I would say that it is
VERY YMMV. They will have trouble accepting that you and your friend have 3-4 copies of the same game between you. You might have better luck if your friend is with you and the games are on different platforms, also getting a kind and competent GS emloyee would help. Still, it would be YMMV.
