Oh wow, I was about to tell you how to work around it, but it really is
ed up. I've seen this before and to get around it you just go to 'Improve your recommendations', click on 'Items you've marked not interested', and remove anything. It's usually a bug with having nothing in your recommendations, but this time Amazon is borked.
