Hey,

My order is #1155. It's yellow and says "Waiting for item" and I've been recently billed for it (and payed). However, the package forwarding page says "Once I receive your DR submission and all your items, I will invoice you for the shipping cost plus service fees."

So, can you let me know which one to believe? I'm hoping it's the later because it was an ebay auction that ended 4 weeks ago. If the items haven't arrived I doubt they ever will and I'm running out of time to file for a refund.
