Unfortunately, no
The Targets I go to in the Southeast/west area (~4) still have them at $29.xx. I always scan them and I am always disappointed to see that price.
I'm going to check the prices tonight again for GTA IV: ELC and Fable II PH. If you find any of those at clearance prices in Houston, please give me a heads up
