NegaKon
Puzzle
Single Player - Yes
Multiplayer - No
Theme: Other
Nega Kon was created by the seventeen year old Iranian, Mehdi Bahrami.
Perspective is everything.
The goal is to collect stars, which become accessible only once you've solved the puzzle in each stage. All the puzzles are based on the perspective: on the ground or on a wall of drawings we will find that if observed from the right angle, will acquire the form and will allow us to interact with them. So, to create the step of a staircase we just observe its projection at our feet in this manner that looks like a cube, and then press X to make it solid. Similarly, properly framing a gallery or a ramp, we will give them depth.
As an experimental project, we are faced with a very simple production at a technical level. In addition, the stages are playable only a handful, and to top it all it takes no more than a few minutes to complete. Nevertheless, Nega Kon deserves to be tried in the hope that the author starts to work on a real game based on this mechanism. - IndieVault
