General rules:
(1) Lower feedback sends first. Any negative, you send first.
(2) Trading only. I'm not selling.
(3) Condition matters very much to me. I'm open to guides in good to mint condition (depends on the guide) but I absolutely cannot stand it when people don't bother checking their guides for flaws. If you generalize too much or are too quick say something is "mint", then I'll doubt your descriptions.
(4) Shipment will be via Media mail with DC unless otherwise agreed.
(5) Pack carefully. I'm sick of so many people sticking guides in a bubble mailer (and sometimes a used mailer) and then sending it off. Media mail spends more time being handled by hands and machines than any other parcel so it's susceptible to the most damage. Media mail packages are also suspect to random inspection as well. Keep that in mind!
Here are my preferred methods for shipment:
Up to 3 guides of roughly 1 inch thickness (measuring total spine thickness):
-Use two clean bags (one over the top and one under the bottom) to protect the guide/finish of the cover. You're using two bags to cover up all sides/edges of the guide (a single bag won't cover a normal sized guide). *A clean bag would be one that contained off the shelf boxed/packaged contents (medicine, cloths, cereal, etc.) and NOT stuff like fruits or vegetables or any type of cold item (airbone dust/dirt/grime will stick to the bags due to condensation) such as meats, ice cream or cheese.
-Use a sturdy cardboard backing and tape the bagged guide to it to hold it in place. Make sure the cardboard backing covers all edges/corners of the guide.
-Stick it in a bubble mailer and then tape up the bubblemailer all around (I do one strip all the way around vertically, and two strips all the way around horizontally- assuming the mailer is standing tall). Any sharp corner may puncture and eventually rip the bubblemailer... meaning the guide would be lost in transit.

Guides which result in more than ~1 inch thick:
-Put them in bags (like you would for one or two guides, described above).
-Bubblewrap them well or stick them in the middle, surrounded by packing peanuts or some other filler.
-Stick them in a strong box. Makes sure they don't have any room for movement... if they do, use a filler so they stay in place.
-Again, tape up the box well and at least once around horizontally and once around vertically.

(5) Pictures (good quality, not crappy cell phone quality) are strongly preferred but not necessary. I can comply as well.

Condition Guidelines:
N = New - Guide is still shrinkwrapped.
E = Excellent - Guide displays only minor shelfwear at worse.
G = Good - Guide has visible wear from normal use such as creasing, spine cracks, and edge/cover wear.
F = Fair - Guide has significant flaws such as color wear, heavy creasing, small rips/tears and spine damage.
P = Poor - Guide is very worn and may have parts that are ripped off or spine breakage.
*All guides include all ages.
*Most guides are the official guide unless noted.
*Any bonus material (poster, pull out card, etc.) are probably not be included. Please ask beforehand if it matters.

Pending = guides are finalized in a trade.
