Had ordered the Final Fantasy 13 CE guide a few days after the 40% off code expired (was OOS during then after it pops back up) and received it on Friday, only it turned out to be the Final Fantasy 12 LE guide. I was bummed, so sent them an e-mail the next day telling them it was wrong and I'd like to return it for a refund. This morning I get a response that they were sorry and they'd issue the refund, but that I could keep the mistake guide. Wow. Now let's see if that refund comes through.
