I don't know if you can use two coupons at the same time, but if you can, it's basically $10. I'm saving the $20 coupon for something else though.

I agree Newegg messed up, but $20 coupon for the trouble is fairly reasonable. I'm not defending Newegg by any means, Amazon messed up orders too...
