GS employee I know pretty well hit me with 2 refurb fees and made a shitty comment about how I never buy anything. (have about $600 in credit) He said I got the fees because I didn't have the cases for San Andreas and Oblivion, which I know is BS. I let him know that I would not be returning there. Luckily, I have 3 more GS in town and will make an employee's day by preordering a Vita and Wii U one day.
