It does sound like for a couple of those the OP was just trying to get something for free. It may have been a little too much in the OP's case, but I'm honestly glad Amazon is doing this now. People complain just for the sake of hoping to get something free. I hope Amazon starts banning more of those people who continuously try to take advantage of Amazons great CS.
