Price matching? Maybe seeing what you are buying? Maybe being able to return or replace something at a store instead of having to box it up and ship it? Maybe not having to wait a week for your order to arrive?
Not sure what Best Buy you shop at. I've never gone in to browse and had HDMI cables and credit card offers shoved down my throat.
