Because at least in store you can pick/choose to see if you're getting the original case/artwork/manual versus with the site where you might get sent junk with nothing but the disc/cart. Plus by buying in store you could at least make an immediate return if the disc/cart doesn't work and get a different copy of the game(or a swap out for another title if they're outta the one you returned).
