that's 30 days with receipt if you havn't opened the game. same as new games.
so what happens if you open the game and it doesn't work? you are screwed.
i hate gamestop, but their used game return policy is fantastic compared to this "cross your fingers" policy. but then again, bestbuy is 'new' to selling used games.
