For those interested in RoAW: Zero... if you've played the first and you liked it, this is nearly the exact same game with a new paint job. So whether or not you'll like it depends if you want more of almost the exact same.
The characters have nearly identical personalities to their RoAW counterparts, and nothing has changed in the battle engine. The game's major difference is the inclusion "vacation system" in which you get chances to "explore" a city to get bonuses such as items, pp or affection with other characters. Otherwise, you're just going to be looking at slightly better audio quality and some animation in character portraits. There's also no more cave exploring with random encounters (an improvement in my opinion.)
