So just out of curiosity, since it's been changed to allow most games to be accepted at a lower tier, even if you don't have the case or instructions... How many people have still had games rejected at the lower tier? It's hard for me to shed my past fears, as I have a few DS games with no case (well, just a generic case) and I'm very reluctant to send them in.
