You might do decent on the controllers if you know how to break them up.
Gamecube - $4 each, if you can find a Gamestop that still takes them.
Working n64 - Individual sale
n64 bad sticks - Salvage lot
NES and SNES - a lot of the heavy resellers like listing these in pairs, official nintendo stuff will pull in a bit more than all the knock-offs floating around, maybe $10 per lot + shipping.
