Nope. The AC adapter has a standard plug that you can use any regular old power cable on (the ones that come with monitors or PSUs). I just got mine today and tossed the Korean plug it came with in the trash and used the plug I was already using on my old monitor. I'm pretty sure the Catleap is the same. Not sure on the CrossOver though.
