I just have my own limit on how much I want to spend. Instead of saving $10 (29.99 compared to 39.99 MSRP), with the tax included I'd only save just over $7 above regular price (without tax).

I still might get this though. I bought the MGS HD Limited Edition last year, and decided to keep it sealed. So I still haven't played the games in HD!
