After a little hassle, I picked up my regular edition Looney Tunes blu today. Got backordered like most people, but when I was at the store Monday, they still had some on the shelf. Called support to switch to pick-up and got the worst rep I've ever gotten. The entire duration of my call had his heavy breathing and wheezing. I could barely understand anything he said, but at the end he said to wait a minute for an email from the store and I was good to go.

I get no email, so after a while I call the store. The idiot changed it to ship to store instead of pick-up. The girl at the store goes to the shelf, grabs a copy, and then changes it to store pick-up herself.

Now I have BB support wanting me to call them back about a survey I filled out about the poor service I got from the heavy breather. Don't know if I should even bother.
