I've dealt with piche and had no issue. He seems decent.
One thing I did a couple times was forget to activate the account in the first place. I went to sell it, deactivated, and it was telling the person that the activations were full.
I figured out I pulled a n00b mistake and downloaded the demo, so I never actually activated the account in the first place. The slot was stolen/taken while sitting dorment obviously.
