I've heard that as well, but I've also heard the 100% promo being extended only till the 26th of October too.

I think the expiration date usually shows up on the trade-in screen when trading games in, so someone here could always check when going in to do a trade-in when they select the 100% promotion.

I'm fine with no Prototype 2 or Lolipop deals. With school and RE6 coming out next week I won't have any time for them and I can probably pick them up cheaper during Black Friday anyways.

So stoked for RE 6!

I have the Archives edition reserved and am very eagerly waiting for it!

As in the GCU coupons: Meh I can wait for sales, not really a loss to not use these anyway.

Eh, might would have done this over the summer when I didn't have anything else to play. But Borderlands 2 & Torchlight 2 are telling me this is a bad idea right now. I'll wait, Prototype 2 will be $10 *somewhere* before the end of the year anyway.

Does every BB do trade ins or just certain ones? Also do you need the game, case, and manual or just the disc? I don't have the case for NBA 2K12 and was hoping to flip it and cut some off of what I pay for 2K13. I was planning on trading in NBA 2K12 and SSX which would double + GCU for a little under $20. If not, I might just try taking that and two more to GS and getting a game from there that will trade in for the $20 off I would be getting from BB for those two games.

Seems pretty standard for a sale price. The price on these spike up and down all the time, but whenever "big retail" has a sale on them, they're usually in the $35-40 range. Hell, if you wait long enough, there always seems to be a sale around the corner on the transforming d-pad controllers for not much more than that--which I'd buy over a "regular" controller any day.

I don't know if any Sears in the country still has any of them or not, but last fall they had an XBLA/controller pack on clearance for $20 or so. I grabbed one of them in anticipation of grabbing a 360 slim on a decent sale/clearance if the Sears gaming clearance ever happened on any large scale.

But since that never happened I've had the pack sitting here still sealed since then.

My local store actually had 3-5 of these at one point, but I let a lady and her kids know about the deal and they grabbed two of them. Then I let a buddy of mine who is a GS manager know about them and he must've grabbed the last two of the five they had.

I'm debating if I want to part out the pack or not to those who might want a piece or two of it.

Guess I'll pick up prototype 2 today then. $20 isnt bad.

I have been told numerous times the 100% bonus lasts until the end of the year. The 10/6 date was never confirmed either so putting that in the title as the final date for 100% is misleading. The reality is that the new ad does not say it is the final week so maybe we should not be having a giant title saying it is.
