Did they have you send back the faulty set or did u get to keep it?

Me, specifically, it was the $15 off retail for the box set. Paying $135 instead of $149 plus tax made a big enough difference to take the risk.

Why do people stress out over other people's decision when it has no impact on them whatsoever? I just don't understand.

It's more of the websites reputation more than any individual persons decision
