I dunno, man. I read the Destructoid review and it specifically criticizes the fundamentals of the game mechanics across the board, explaining what makes it a bad game altogether (not merely a "bad Resident Evil game"). From that review:

"This review, however, is not one big complaint about the jettison of survival horror, for if Resident Evil 6 was at least a refreshing and provocative action game, it might have gotten away with it. Sadly, this is not the case. If one were to remove the legacy of the Resident Evil name and release this as an original IP, it would occupy shelf space somewhere between Quantum Theory and Inversion, those built-on-a-budget "me too" shooters that follow unambitiously in the footsteps of Gears of War and (ironically) Resident Evil 4, copying the most popular games on the market in childlike hope that they may enjoy the same success. Resident Evil 6 is an incessant, monotonous slog from one room of shambling opponents to the next, providing cheap gun battles for people who truly have given up on enjoying something better."

Any time you're referencing a game's quality by mentioning Quantum Theory, that can't be a good thing...

Maybe Uncharted 2? I think it's around 20.5GB. RE6 is a multi-plat though, and I think it's only single-disc on 360 in North America, so I doubt it'll be too massive.

EDIT: I see there's a second disc labelled "Voice-Over Pack" on 360. If the PSN download includes all the voice languages, that might jack up the size.

In regards to this whole low review thing, I have a friend who was able to find someone selling the game early and so he's been playing it a few days now. His opinion is it's very similar to 5, so take that for what it's worth...

it weighs 10 GB on the European store, the downloads started before release date. For Resident Evil 6

For RE6, I use the demo as my review, since I doubt many things will change. I liked Leons part, but the others I thought were terrible. It does sound like it will have lots of content, but the demo wasn't anywhere near as fun as 5 was to me. I haven't tried the final cut, so I can't say it's a bad game....just not really a RE that I'll play any time soon.
