Gah, stubbornly sticking with my Newegg preorder of XCOM. Want bad, but if it doesn't show up on release day at least it means more time screwing around in BL2.

Got my Xcom key and I am pre-loading. Glad GMG sent these out early since its a bit hefty.

I'm pumped hearing Weekend Confirmed and Giant Bomb hinting the games coming out next week are good. Hello, Dishonored!

XCOM is forcing me to play/finish games with large HDD footprints so that I can uninstall them and throw them in the completed category.

Finally finished Darkness II last night and am knee deep in War for Cybertron now.

Yeah, all of Giant Bomb's pre-release coverage of XCOM has been pretty glowing. Their quicklook EX and the demo were what convinced me to pre-order. I tend to only buy about three games new/full-priced per year. So far this year it's only been XCOM and Mass Effect 3. (Technically got Torchlight 2 Day 1, but at 12.75 with Gamersgate 4-pack so I don't know that that counts.)

I wish you could have had even an illusion of choice for the heaviest part.

It's kind of clear what's going on when it happens if you're paying attention.

That was frustrating.

It really does do morality and real consequences a lot better than any other shooter out there, though. I enjoyed it a lot.

BeMine5 pack is great. One of the best packs I've bought so far for $5. I've just always wanted Stranger's Wrath and the extra games everyone else seems to want are just a bonus.

I think the first Mafia game has been removed from the store. It's not showing up in any search. I have a copy of it in my inventory and there isn't even a link to go to the store page like you usually see with games in your inventory.

When I search for it, it shows up in the drop-down menu, but there's no image next to it and upon clicking on it, it just reloads the home page. Weird, good thing I already own it though.
