Bogus. Missing out on this by minutes it seems. But this being Target it probably wouldn't have mattered.

You're all most likely going to just receive the regular edition. Target used to mislabel the regular editions as SEs all of the time. Happened with Dead Space 2, ME2, and quite a few others.

Even if they get the regular edition, they still saved $10.

I was also just booted back to an empty cart screen, and haven't gotten any email notifications of my order like I do everywhere else. For reference I don't have a Target account and checked out with paypal.

Couldn't do it online, but I called Target's customer service, and the order went through. Called them at 1.800.591.3869.

Ya, and for reference, I made an account and tried twice, once with paypal, once with card

For me it was literally maybe at max 8 minutes and that was including selecting through the menus, not having any idea what a cart number was, attempting to use paypal and giving up and using card, etc, etc

Do I have to actually talk to a person on the phone or is it all automated? If its a live person, do they ask any questions as far as like price and stuff or basically just take the info and do the order for you?

I similarly had no luck on the phone, they told me that tech services were working on an issue with the item and to try placing an order in a few hours.

I ALWAYS have problems with their website. Can never get an order to complete. Had to call and speak to a Target rep, and after the 20 minute phone conversation with her, the order was placed.

I just hope that they honor it and that it will be the Collector's Edition. I will be happy with the standard 3DS version too for $17.99, so either way, just as long as I receive the game it's all good.

edit: I just got off the phone literally 5 minutes ago with the Target rep, and she placed the order just fine. Not sure why a few of you are having problems. Maybe the Target people you talk to are stupid and do not know what they're doing? Anyway, I got a confirmation email for my order.

And...I'm on hold. Funny thing, I told the CS agent that I was having trouble ordering a 3DS game, and he promptly said, "Is that the 'Adventure Time....' game?"
