i got an email an hour ago with my dlc

my only question is if the $20 gc will go to my account even if the employee didn't put the dlc on my receipt

Well they should considering they ask you to pre-order a dam game every time you walk into the store. BBY may not always get it right but they will make it right. Not being peppered with pre-ordered begging every time I go there, a 60 price match window, and $20 RZ rebates seems to trump having to wait a day or two for some DLC.

Yeah I sell on Ebay. I take pics of the cards and say I will mail it to the person. Most people end up just wanting me to email them the code. Some want the card. Some want both. I have sold about 40 codes this past month with no issues.

The dishonored "black rat" DLC for $15? I seen a auction end at $7 yesterday

Finally saw my NBA2K13 preorder 1000 pts magically appear pending on the reward zone account... phew.

Everytime I put up an auction for DLC on eBay it gets taken down by the eBay team. How are you guys getting around that? It's complete BS considering there's multiple other listings for the same DLC. I've read on this board that there used to be an overzealous member who would report people for putting up DLC auctions.

do not mention you'll email the code, make it seem like you're mailing a card that has code on it. probably don't want to mention "DLC" or "code"

That happened with RE6 for me. Few days later the points appeared in the transaction.

The purchase took about three days to show up at all, but with no bonus points. Bonus points didn't appear in the transaction for a little over a week.

Should be fine so long as the your receipt says "exchange" and has the $5 pre-order and purchase on the same ticket. As far as I know their two separate promotions.

Note that when I picked it up, mine did not, as the employee didn't know what to do. I had to talk to five different employees before getting one who knew how to do it correctly, but if I hadn't, i might not have gotten the pre-order DLC or this bonus at all. One customer service rep actually suggested cancelling the sale and re-ringing it up :( Fortunately, I chose not to.

I got the Dishonored code emailed to me today despite the BB employee not selecting it so it was not on the receipt. I never got any codes for Borderlands or RE6-were there any?

Ordered the game online Sunday. Received the code yesterday. Received the game and lantern together today. No show on pending points or anything of the sort. Not worried though. If they don't show up in 30 days like expressed in the fine details, I'll shoot CS a call.

If you pre-ordered RE6, you should receive The Rail Yard Mercenaries DLC (I didn't, I had to call Capcom with my BBY information after multiple calls to BBY) and with Borderlands 2, you get The Premiere Club DLC.

inky, you could also PM Gaming-BBY on their forums. It's a bit slower, but far more dependable than calling. Most of those people on the phone have no clue what is what. Personally, when I don't get my preorder DLC, that's what I do (PM Gaming-BBY).
