Any mention of the 3DS XL being included in that gift card deal?

I wonder how long will it take them to get the process for the clearance games to ring up properly...

They still have the Uncharted 1+2 and God of War origins Blue and Red controller bundles at my Kmart with a clearance sticker for $45. Hopefully it works and i can get one of them 34 bucks.

Often times when Kmart has these types of deals on clearance items, the prices don't always scan accordingly and the savings aren't reflected.

Are there still problems with the gaming coupons? Looks like a good deal for the x360.

Another week with no Pokemon deals. Feh, I say. Someone has to offer up a buy one get one for a slight discount. I was hoping it would be the big K. Wrong.

I have never had problems with the coupons. I don't doubt some exist, though. If the coupon doesn't print, you can always just return the system on the spot.

But yeah, that is a pretty decent deal. If you plan on spending $50 on gaming at Kmart in the next month, then essentially you're getting the Xbox with Kinect for 200 bucks. Plus a $5 Award card if you're a SYWR member. That's one of the better non-Black Friday XBOX deals I have seen

hmmm, that's pretty decent since I'm in the market for a 3DS.

I have ~$30 or so leftover from the KmartGamer days (remember that fiasco when giftcards were being sent out to compensate for when coupons failed to print, but then that internal issue when they weren't being sent out but then eventually they were, from that) and another $100 on a visa gift card, so it'd be like $40 out of pocket, but then $35 coupon + $5 award card back.

My question: do you guys think there will be an amazing 3DS offer during the holidays? I wonder if promotions will focus on the XL. I need the purple one for a gift and the XL is too jumbo for her hands, and this basically offering $40 back aka a free 3DS game or 2/3 of a xbox/ps3 game.

Nintendo always seems to release a holiday bundle for their handhelds. Last years was Super Mario 3D land and Zelda 3D.

Right, but both of those were branded with exclusive colors and designs and I'm specifically looking to purchase the current Midnight Purple color.. I'm just wondering if any of the other big retailers are going to up their game with a $129 promo price (that same $40) by Black Friday. I'm pessimistic that they would.

I am really banking on that happening with the XL. I'm hoping for NSMB2 or Paper Mario

Well, the Mario bundle was a Red 3ds which I believe was already out.

You're right. I forgot about the Super Mario Land 3DS bundle. Either way, I think I'm leaning toward this being a stronger deal because, at least with the $40 in coupons/cards, the game, or whatever I decide to spend it on, is my choice, compared to a bundled option.
