Idk about now, but in the first round of free agency they were showing up in the order of when the offers were made.

None of my targets signed yet.. But none of them signed with anyone else either, so I'll call that a mixed bag.

I got a cheap guard I needed, all that's signed so far for me.

Realized I never answered this. The answer is probably. We're not 100% sure yet, but I think it's very likely it will be much more lax going forward now that everyone will have had a crack at the full FA pool. Exact details still to be determined, stay tuned.

I think its just random I just did my FA offers right before we advanced and some of mine are last and some are first.

I wonder how much ya'll are offering those FA's...

Yes. Hopefully you should both be able to do so after the next advance. Make sure you're not on auto-pilot as well.

FA signings will open up after we advance. They lock it/don't give you the option for whatever reason if you've just joined between advancements.
