Just a quick note about Wal-Mart. Here's my experience from last year. They also had a Thursday night opening, but I think it was closer to 11pm or midnight. I went there about an hour or two before the deals went live. They had multiple bins with all of the games, but they were sealed. You weren't sure what games were in what bin. You had to randomly pick a bin and hope what you were looking for was there. Once the sale went live, the bins were unsealed and it was just a mad dash. Everything good was gone with 5 minutes. Luckily, I found one display that somehow got turned around so you could only see the back. Nobody realized there were games in there. I found it and was able to grab what I wanted, but the minutes before that were intense. Lots of pushing, shoving, getting elbowed, etc.

But here's the important thing to know. After I had finished my shopping, I went and went to bed. In the morning, I decided to head back and grab some of the other deals that weren't live yet. I checked the games section and they had all of the games that were "sold out" the night before in their normal glass case. You could just ask for it. It still rang up for the sale price even though it wasn't advertised. So it's worth checking out in the morning if you miss the sale at night. Also, you may be able to ask somebody if they have any additional stock if you don't see it. There may be some that weren't put in the bins for the sale.

Awwww *inserts profanity* My PS3 is showing signs of dying, shutting itself off. Great timing I guess with all these PS3 bundles being on sale during Black Friday...... Still I'd prefer to have spent the majority of my Black Friday money on discounted games.

Anyone know of any good deals on headsets? looking for TB or ear force , something nice......

So no deals on Lego LOTR right? I need to grab a copy sometime before December.

About the tiger direct deals, I just got off their support chat and asked if it was in store only for the rebate. The guy did not really seem to know what I was talking about, but he said its in stores only. Can anyone confirm that the black ops 2 and Halo 4 deals will be online as well.

I know Gamestop's BF ad was "leaked" but I want an official ad already. I want to know if PUR members get early access to B2G1 free. :(

Either way, same deal for Halo is available at Target.

and I mentioned that the guy didnt even know what I was talking about. I had to go into extreme detail about the deal, tell him where I found the deal, when I saw the deal, and other things. I was just wondering if anyone got a solid answer from anyone. The support person I got was clueless. I am more looking for the blops 2 deal, and this is the only place I know with it. They only have like 20 physical stores in the US

I see that in the OP best buy won't be price matching from 11/18 til after thanksgiving. Does that mean you can't price match anything in the store or just the things that are going to be one sale? Really wanna price match amazons price of $275 for those turtle beach ear force tangos

Like I said, since the ad says that those games' sale prices begin at 8pm Thanksgiving night until supplies last, I don't think there's an explicit end time, unless we're talking about close of business on BF or Sunday. I wouldn't go to WM until after 9am on BF anyway, so I would hopefully walk into WM, go to the Layaway counter, pick up the games at their BF prices, then leave with limited-to-no hassle.
