Yes. The daily counter will also reset as soon as you hit the 200 milestone (i.e. from x/15 to 0/15), giving you a few extra search points for that day. It does it for silver and gold.

Do you us ccleaner? Make sure you exempt all the cookies for MSN, Bing, Microsoft, Hotmail, Outlook. Just a thought.
Yeah I used ccleaner, but it would still worked as the before mentioned even after a wipe. I still haven't figured out yet whats different.

Figured it out, it was Spybot. Something in a new immunization update was blocking it. If I undo immunization temporary Bing works like it use to. I'm guessing it's a cookie, wonder if I can get it to just ignore that one then instead of suspending all of it.

They reactivated it or you did it manually by joining again?

So my 1 account that I've had for over a year got permabanned about two weeks ago. I had just ordered 2 x 100 msp's and the next day I get an email that says your order is cancelled and my account has been closed.

After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth with customer service, and getting the SAME DAMN form letter response every time, I finally asked to escalate my question to a manager. All I wanted was an answer on why I got banned, and kept getting the same canned violation of the TOS with 10 possible examples. I have never exploited the system at all, but have cashed out as much as possible with msp's and amazon gc's. Below is the response I got today:

Quote:
Hello Brian,

This is Jenny from Bing Rewards Customer Support.

I know where the frustration is coming from. If I were in your shoes, I would like to know which violation was violated. However, please understand that the details behind the cancellation of accounts cannot be disclosed to the customers. We value our customers, and it took us a lot of time and considerations before we reached this difficult decision.

The decision to suspend your account was based on the information gathered by our system. We sure appreciate the time that you have spent with us throughout the duration of your participation in the program.

Though this may not be the answer that you are expecting, the decision to suspend your account is irreversible.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Jenny
Well you Jenny. Microsoft can kiss the surface tablet I was going to buy next week goodbye.

Why wouldn't they inform a customer which rule they broke. That seems a bit off. What's to keep someone from not making the same mistake if they are unaware.

I think being banned is what keeps them from making the same mistake...

I have no clue why all but one of mine got banned either. I've written customer service as well, and have received the same form response. You said you just ordered MSP--so did I with all but one of mine (though I ordered 400 MSP and 1 Amazon GC), and within the same time frame. Could that be it? Maybe they're operating under a new policy to cut down on MSP rewarded. I had been stocking up on the accumulated points on the one that has not been banned. It just seems strange that so many across the board are being banned at the same time--there has to be an indicator in what accounts were banned.

Maybe we do a quick survey to see what we've done recently with the banned accounts to have a better idea of what's going on.

How about something like:

1) Did you violate any of the TOS? If so, which one?

2) Did you order anything from a now banned account within the last two weeks?

3) If any of your accounts were not banned, do either of the above apply? If so, which?

they don't disclose banning details for customers because they do not want customers to rebuild their banning patterns.

So is anyone creating new accounts once that account gets banned? I do not want to jeopardize my gamertag. And since my Bing Rewards account and XBL account were linked to the same email address (that got banned), not sure what to do.

If I'm understanding your meaning, you're saying Bing uses algorithms to detect certain behaviors which would warrant a ban. If customers then knew the reason for their ban, they would change these behaviors?

In a way I get it, and I don't get it. If I had only one account, and never did anything against the TOS but still got banned, I think I would like to know the reason.
