Pffft.

1) Sell baby.
2) Buy more games.

WRONG
1) Feed baby till it gets really fat
2) Sell it by the pound
3) Buy more games

That is what my parents did to me and I came out all right....

I think Sleeping Dogs for under $14 at GMG will get the better of me. I'm gonna try the demo and if I like I'll grab it.

Any opinions on Cities in Motion? I've been intrigued by it for a while.

Better option:

1. Enter baby into pageants.
2. Turn baby into next Honey Boo Boo Child.
3. Laugh all the way to the bank.

I have the luxury of passing on Sleeping Dogs since I have an outdated system. That said, since it's a Squeenix title I have no doubts it'll be as cheap, if not cheaper, again at various points in the immediate future. Just look at Deus Ex HR.

The Sleeping Dogs demo ran well on my old Phenom 2 X3-720 (@2.8 GHz) with a GTX 260. It has a reputation of being well optimized on PC. I bit. A dollar shy of 75% off for a well regarded 3-month old GTA-ish game that runs well on my PC, sold. Definitely give the demo a try.

was Blade of Times every part of an indie bundle?
so many outside steam purchases that it's getting hard to keep track

Let's just say my system makes yours look modern!

No. X-Blades was in a groupies bundle, but Blades of Time hasn't been in a bundle.

I still use an 8800GT.

Runs everything on medium to high settings.

Bought it around when Bioshock was first released on PC.

What's the difference between Cities in Motion and the XL version?

I recall reading that the different versions of Cities in Motion have just minor differences/improvements. XL is newer, 2012 is newer yet.

Steam doesn't seem to have downloaded my B2 DLC or Walking Dead ep. 5 yet. Hmm.

I had to restart my steam just now, and it finally started on the B2 dlc for me.

Cities in Motion and Cities XL are two completely different games by two different developers.

My gaffe, thanks for pointing that out. I was thinking Cities, not Cities in Motion.

Well, I upgraded to Windows 8 last Sunday, backed up up my save files, reinstalled TWD, and they're gone. Also, the game won't start if my gamepad is plugged in.
