You have to have a controller, charging cable, and the audio/video hookups to trade in a system even if it's going to be refurbed. If not you have to buy a controller.

Yeah if it's on the website the manager/asst. manager can do a product request to get you a replacement, just may take up to a week or so. This goes on all the time when an employee messes up and preorders someone the wrong version of a CE, etc.

Yes all DS 3 controllers are the same to GS when trading in (no seperate sku by color on used controllers.)

Nope it's in Like New condition he just told me they're not taking it anymore/right now. They marked it down to 2.99 Used and before this it was like 60 cents trade in that was maybe 2-4 weeks ago.

I saw this post and I just realized...when I traded in Kinect Sports Ultimate Collection, I could have gotten $1.60 more if I traded in the discs separately.
