No, he is talking about getting a PM if you bought it shortly after launch at $59.99 if they're a silver member.

I single playered Portal 2 on the PS3, but I got the 360 version as well cause I wanted to co-op with my buddy who played it on the 360. Don't forget about the FREE DLC for Portal 2. Amazing game.
