Looks kinda interesting, $5 is a pretty fair price for it.

yea, not an overwhelming DLC, but 400msp is the sweetspot. It could be fun building a dream house in skyrim.

So if you're out adventuring too long, does this mean you can possibly come back and see your family dead and house burnt to the ground? That or will my family be inside the house the whole time because no means of escape? In which case, who's the real monster here?!

That would suck, specially if building a house is time consuming and expensive. But it would add a whole new element having a wife in the game.

Suck?

No way. That right there would convince me to buy this instead of waiting for DotW sale. I especially LOL'd at the Skeever infestations and Giant attacks. Nearly every marriage compatible NPC in the game is more than capable of handling both at the same time. Why is it your job to save them from utter stupidity?

If I were the Dragonborn living in the middle of nowhere the first thing I'd teach my kids is how to properly stab things in the face. Repeatedly.

I bought it, but building and furnishing your house is such a tedious task that I'm already done with it.

I'll get it, but I am still building my last two houses and have to do the Dawnguard quests. It's getting amazing reviews.

For Elder Scrolls vets, wasn't there some vampire/werewolf story elements in Morrowind/Bloodmoon? Any special I should expect going to Black Rock as a Vampire Lord?

He's probably talking word of mouth I guess. Kotaku ran a really positive preview this morning, & IGN did a live stream this afternoon.

Also from Kotaku this afternoon:

Dragon riding sucks b/c you have no real control of where the dragon goes.

There is a new enemy called the Ebony Warrior that appears outside Falkreath if you're level 81 that will wreck your face and is the most powerful enemy in the game. No one has been able to defeat him on the first try.
