Well, if your time machine is readily available, Walmart had TTT2 for $25 during Black Friday. Otherwise, I don't think anyone's posted that lately.

Do you care about the box or the item inside? Is the item inside new? I bought a damaged box PS3 and inside it was brand new. You shouldn't ask amazon for more cash when the item is new inside.

You aren't buying a new product, you are buying a open/used item.

Expect stuff like this.

You aren't receiving a brand new pristine box with a brand new item inside.

How the box came is irrelevant to the item. A Good item should have scratches or small blemishes on it. a Like New shouldn't.

If nothing is broken inside or missing any important stuff, that is Like New.

My general rule is: do I think Amazon trade-in would accept as "Like New" if I submitted it for a trade-in? If yes then I don't complain, if no then I do.

Since it's for a gift I might complain, but the problem is that they're not going to magically have a pristine one for you so complaining gets you nothing. Either accept you're giving a ripped box as a gift or return it and start looking for another.

Received my CoD: Black Ops 2 for Ps3 today. Paid $41.12 and it even has a unused nuketown code. In didn't have plastic covering but had a sticker labeled "Graded by warehousedeals" sealing it.

Got my Good Otomedius Excellent SE today and I'm satisfied. The top of the box was a beat up and the artbook/CD had some cosmetic wear but the game came sealed and everything else looks like excellent condition. AWD saves the day again.
