The Target closest to me moved their electronics clearance section around Black Friday. Finally found it on the end of one of the office supply isles. Very odd placement...not sure if it is better that is is away from the electronics where people will be looking for games or if things will sell quicker because where it is now is much more visible.

Yeah, I wish I would have known about the LBP 2 bundle on BF. My Best Buy had a ton of them afterwards. I don't really need LBP 2, I have Plus so I have 2 for free, and I got LBP when they gave games out for psn being down. I travel a lot with my job so I get to hit a lot of stores, I have 3 Targets in the area now so hopefully one of them will have one.

Jealous over all the SFxTekkens you are reporting. Checked 3 stores and none had them, and I don't think they ever did in the recent past.

what versions are you looking for? only one my store had was the 360 version for 11.98 i believe. If they still have it next monday it probably will be even cheaper.

I remembered seeing Pacman & Megaman as free, a while ago, but I didn't get around to adding them.

Tuh. I went to 1 store. They didn't have it. I gave them the DPCI(PS3 version 207-24-0629). Their store locator got me my copy.

My local store has more games than I can recall ever seeing in clearance. The odd thing is a lot of them are not marked clearance. The items are tagged repackage & the price ends in .01.

My store has a whole end shelf of games, but theres no prices on them. Plus when you go to the scanners it shows full msrp.

It's not a mess. It's their way of getting it in your cart (since most people associate those areas with Clearance). If you've noticed, most of those games are $19.99-$29.99, so for the most part they're not $60.
Some people will look at the price while checking out, and may not think about it twice since it's 'just' $19.99.
It's marketing, not a mistake or 'mess'.

SF x Tekken is $19.99 at Walmart (YMMV?)

I wish I'd known about this yesterday! It's tempting to return and rebuy the Sims expansions I picked up on sale, but then the $5 gift card I had used would just be swallowed by the void, I guess - unless there's something you lot know that I don't, or there's something flying over my head here.

That, and I don't want to risk losing the only Limited Edition copy of Sims 3 Supernatural I could find in the area...

This isn't the case at my store. There are a lot of newer titles tagged w/ repackage & the prices end in .01. If you scan the games, the price is greater than the repackage sticker. There are about 25 games priced like this.

My store has about 20 copies for each system. If you can't find one & I'll pick it up for you. You only need to add shipping to the cost. It's usually between $2.00 - $2.80.

Yes. My store had several of these, but it was for the Sports Champion bundle.
