Yes, if the songs are on your hard drive, RB3 will recognize them. Same with RB2, and Blitz.

Actually it applies to me. I have Lego Rock Band and Beatles, but no generic Rock Band. My question: if I get the GoD version, and if there is some day a RB4, will I be able to export the songs from the GoD version, or will that require the disc version?

I'm afraid only Harmonix knows the answer to that question.
