No way to apply to previous orders, I'm guessing. Ni No guide is $25~ and I have it preordered, but cant cancel since its unavailable now.

Make sure all items are sold by amazon not just "fulfilled by." So no other sellers, unfortunately. I had a similar problem until I grabbed only amazon items.

Truth is, if you use Facebook your privacy is already compromised. Using Amazon on it isn't going to change anything. In fact, chances are one of your friends uses it and thus has already sent your personal information to Amazon. Disgusting that apps can get that kind of permission from a person without needing the permission of the friend whose information is being shared. But again, that's Facebook for you.

I think they ran out of pre-order copies. I placed my order yesterday and instead of the shipping estimate saying I would get it release day, it said that they would email me with a delivery estimate. Then on my order page it said that it would be delivered after 12/24. I just got an email with an updated delivery estimate of next Thursday. Something funky is going on. They must not have thought they would sell many copies.

I canceled my order to make a new one and I still had the $5 promotional dollars to use.
