Went to BB today to grab the 3DS XL with Mario Kart 7 and they were sold out all over Phoenix. Went to Target and the Customer Service people were more than happy to PM and gave me the $20 gift card. Lucked out if anyone is still looking. I went to the Target in Avondale, AZ at Litchfield and McDowell.

Am I the only one that wasn't given a $20 Gift card because they were doing a price match?

It was a YMMV deal. Some Targets were adamant to not give the card and others were pretty lax about it.

Dont think they will pm square enix and i think they wont pm the bestbuy 40$ credit promotion.

I contacted target about this to see if I can get $20 gift card/credit in the mail/email and I got this response.


"Target doesn't price-match or price-adjust with other competitor stores or other Target store locations (store-to-store)."

That doesn't make sense on how many people got price matched(Including me). What is the exact policy?

btw sorry about the different colors, The qoute I copy and pasted came in black and I don't know what the default color is.

I tried, but BB just took $10 off each game and no gift card.

That's fine, BB will see the games returned.

I just got a 3ds xl bundle with Mario kart last night at 10:00. Super last minute but I couldn't hold out any longer. It was the last 3ds bundle they had and it was in a return cart. Definitely lucked out.
