Another blue 3DS XL is back, grade 5 this time. They keep periodically popping back in throughout the day, yet I'm having no luck seeing a red one.

I bought a grade 6 blue one yesterday, myself, to see how much I like the bigger screens. I figured it wouldn't be too hard to resell the red 3DS I got from Cowboom a couple of months ago and pay almost nothing extra out of pocket for the XL.

I was playing with the 3DS XL the other day in GS... man its huge. I think its a lot nicer rly. U can always take Ur blue one and trade it for a red.

That's how it worked out for me.

I sold the $80 Red 3DS I got from Cowboom a couple months ago for $125 and ordered the 3DS XL for $106 shipped. A great exchange.

that was a few months ago before you started seeing the 3ds for 120 new and the xl for 160 at alot of sales

I just sold the 3DS yesterday after I got in on the XL deal. It was going to be a X-Mas gift but I couldn't pass up the XL for that low.

I'll know on Friday when my grade 6 blue 3ds xl arrives. Supposedly only the sd card and manual are missing.

Man, I'm jealous. I had to settle for a grade 6 blue XL for $115 when they had the 10% off code active.

It's not an XL, but the red original 3DS I ordered a couple of months ago was grade 6 and was practically perfect except for the infamous marks on the top screen from Nintendo's bad packaging (which aren't noticeable, anyway - and didn't happen with the XLs).

Its only 16$ cheaper....at least u got one. Thats like tax.

I ordered a grade 5 slim back in August and the condition was better than expected. There were a few small scuffs on the system but you wouldn't really notice them if you weren't looking for them. The controller also had normal wear on the bottom from being picked up and put down on a hard surface.

Not gaming related, but anyone ever buy a laptop off them? They're very cheap on there, especially macs. Not a very computer saavy person, but is not having the OS/OS License a bad thing with the laptops? Thanks in advance.

I've actually wanted to buy a laptop from CowBoom but don't feel right buying a used laptop. Not having an OS isn't an issue as you can install your own onto it.

Used laptops and computers aren't a good idea but CowBoom is great on their customer service and return policy so it isn't an issue. If anything, make sure to take out a 1 year warranty from them just in case.
