Other than using them? No.

If you already own an item like The Binding of Isaac, and you use a key for The Binding of Isaac it will say you have it already and the key is still useable by someone else.

If you don't own The Binding of Isaac and use a key for it to check it then it is stuck to your account for good.

No way to check the keys without redeeming them. If you own the item it is a half decent way to check them. If you don't own the item then there is no way to check them without redeeming them to your account.

I bought TWO copies.
